The HI765P is a general purpose penetration thermistor probe with a colored handle designed for use with a thermistor thermometer. A cable extends 1 m (3.3′) or 10 m (32.8′) from the handle to the meter connection. The sharp, pointed tip of the probe allows users to obtain highly accurate temperature readings of semi-solid and liquid samples. The HI765 series of thermistor probes is pre-calibrated with a maximum error of ±0.2℃ (±0.4℉), so recalibration isn’t necessary when probes are interchanged.

The General Purpose Penetration Thermistor Probe with Colored Handle – HI765P is designed to measure the temperature of semi-solid and liquid samples. The response time of a measurement is affected by the position of the sensor relative to the surface being measured. The HI765P pointed tip construction offers an 8-second response for a temperature reading. With a strong, corrosion-resistant, AISI 316 stainless steel construction, this probe is able to measure samples up to 150℃ (302℉).
