The HI762P is a general purpose penetration thermistor probe with a colored handle designed for use with a thermistor thermometer. A cable extends 1 m (3.3’) from the handle to the meter connection. The sharp, pointed tip of the probe allows users to obtain highly accurate temperature readings of semi-solid and liquid samples.
The General Purpose Penetration Thermistor Probe with Colored Handle -HI762P is designed to measure the temperature of semi-solid and liquid samples. The response time of a measurement is affected by the position of the sensor relative to the surface being measured. The HI762P pointed tip construction offers a 6-second response for a temperature reading. With a strong, corrosion-resistant, AISI 316 stainless steel construction, this probe is able to measure samples up to 150℃ (302℉).
