The HI762W is a wire thermistor probe designed for use with a thermistor thermometer. The wire extends 1 m (3.3’) or 10 m (32.8’) from the probe to the connector with the meter; the HI762W does not incorporate a handle. The flexible wire probe allows users to obtain highly accurate readings of hard to reach surfaces.

The Wire Thermistor Probe – HI762W is designed to measure the temperature of hard to reach surfaces that may be difficult to measure with traditional temperature probes. The response time of a measurement is affected by the position of the sensor relative to the surface being measured. The HI762W wire construction offers a 6-second response for a temperature reading for samples up to 150℃ (302℉).
